I found this meme while searching for memes until I found this one, So I decided to do this one. So now here are my top 10 hottest animated chicks!

#10: Minamo "Nyamo" Kurosawa (Azumanga Daioh)
She's a very kindhearted PE teacher and she's very popular with the students. I wish I had a teacher Like her when I was in High school. I also consider Nyamo a TILF. XD

#9: Kagura (Azumanga Daioh)
She's very good at swimming like me, and tans pretty well. She also looked very hot when wearing a bikini in episode 15. She also acts funny when around Tomo and Osaka with their group: Knuckleheads.

#8: Harley Quinn (Batman)
Harley Quinn is just too funny and adorable. I just love how she acts, especially around Joker (Her puddin') I love how she was voiced by Arleen Sorkin. What makes her hot is her skintight outfit and her subtle sexual innuendos.

#7 Izzy (Total Drama)
This chick is just so damn nuts and crazy. She enjoys explosions and thinks herself as a genious. I think her outfit looks hot on her and I like her hair. She's just so funny. I wish she won one in Total Drama World Tour. XD

#6: Yumi (Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi)
Unlike Ami, she's more Gothic looking. I always find if funny how the skull on her shirt changes into the moods as Yumi. She's the kind of chick who loves music and I love her voice. If only I can see her in concert. XD

Sadie is just so cute and a sweet girl. I don't care if she's a little big, but she's got a cute personality. During the episode when her friend Katie got voted off, I just wanted to hug Sadie for comfort, and there's her voice: Eeeeeee!

#4: Roberta Tubbs-Brown (The Cleveland Show)
The step-daughter of Cleveland. She's hot and sassy like any teenage girl her age would act. Not to mention she has big boobs XD

#3: Frankie Foster (Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends)
She's just so cool, nice, friendly...& HOT!!! XD A caring girl who love to help take care of imaginary friends who are looking for home, but you don't want to get on her bad side like what Bloo always does.

#2: Misty (My Life As A Teenage Robot)
Even though she only appeared in three episodes, Misty was still a cool and hot character. I just loved how she was designed, her voice, and how tough she acts.

Jenny is just an awesome character. She kicks butt and has a cute personality. I just love how she's always trying to fit in and be popular. Her voice is just so cute to listen to. Although she is often being bullied I always feel bad for her and I just wanna hug her. Everyone knows it's not the outside that counts, but on whats on the inside. ^^
